YOU LOCATED? Our facility is located at: 2200 S. 25th Avenue, Broadview, IL 60155. We are approximately 12 miles west of downtown Chicago with convenient access to major highways. From I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway), exit at 25th Avenue South. We are about ½ mile south of I-290 at the southwest corner of 25th Avenue and Roosevelt Road. See Map WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND RECEIVING HOURS? 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Fridays. Appointment is required. DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS DIRECTLY TO CONSUMERS? No, all of our products are private-label customized formulations and cannot be sold directly to consumers. Our customers market and sell their own products. WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY? We manufacture products in mass quantity and cater to those companies needing larger volume orders. We have a minimum order quantity of 2000 gallons per item. WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME? Because we are a private label manufacturer, all of our items are custom made for each individual company. Our standard lead time is 10 to 15 business days. That allows time to bring in any unique ingredients and schedule production time. Because shelf-life is a consideration for our food products, many items are not warehoused unless the high-volume of rotation warrants it. Please contact your sales consultant or customer service contact to inquire about your specific product. I HAVE AN OLD FAMILY RECIPE THAT I WANT TO MAKE AND SELL. DO YOU WORK WITH CUSTOMERS THAT ARE NOT YET ESTABLISHED? Rarely. We have the capability to duplicate any condiment, but unless you are an established business, you may have difficulty taking our minimum order quantities as stated above. DO YOU PROVIDE SHIPPING SERVICES? We can set up your shipping for you with one of our outside carriers that we regularly use or you can arrange for pickup of your products. Because of our central location, we get some of the most competitive shipping rates in the nation, positively affecting your bottom-line. WHAT AREAS OF THE COUNTRY DO YOU SERVICE? We currently provide products to any location in the United States as well as Canada & Mexico. |
